Document Storage

EvaStore will manage your boxes, files, and other critical data in our modern and secure document storage facilities. Your archives will be professionally and efficiently catalogued, retrieved, scanned, and destroyed by our highly trained warehouse operatives, providing full traceability through industry leading O’Neil barcode management software, which tracks all warehouse, collection and delivery operations.

For the initial intake of new boxes to store, either directly from you, or an incumbent supplier, we will accept archive boxes of any size, so unlike some of our competitors, there is no necessity for you to re-box into EvaStore archive boxes.  For your on-going document storage requirements, we would encourage you to use our selection of high quality archive boxes.

Following receipt to store, each box is assessed and allocated into a Box Size Category according to its volume and identification information is recorded prior to being transferred onto our racking systems.  If the information is of a more sensitive nature it can be deposited in our secure Vault Facility.

EvaStore operate O’Neil Software, the industry leading barcode management system which provides the flexibility to allocate boxes to any location within our purpose-built racking systems so you only pay for the space that you need.

Deep-store document storage is an alternative storage service whereby very infrequently accessed archiving can be stored at a preferential rate. Although it is not a fully managed archiving solution, document retrieval, delivery, and destruction services are available at a premium rate.
